Recently, a story about an ice cream vendor went viral after meeting the People's Champ Senator Manny Pacquiao that changed his life.

Apparently, the senator promised to give the vendor a house and lot. According to Facebook page BomboRadyo, the senator went to his housing project to personally hand over the promised house and lot.

Seeing the video and photos on Facebook you can see that smile on the vendors face when he finally received his wonderful gift. The Senator made sure that the house and lot he gave is fully accessible with electricity, water, and other things that are needed for their home.

The senator met the ice cream vendor when he was training in GenSan and there he heard his story that truly touched the senator's heart. Without thinking twice the People's Champ knew what he had to do and gave a helping hand to the vendor to rise up.

But it doesn't end there the senator also offered a scholarship to the vendor's kids as well as giving them a small business so that he won't have to sell ice cream in the heat.
