Philippine President Rodrigo Roa Duterte reportedly admitted that he is worried about the reaction of his daughter Kitty Duterte on his controversial kiss to a Filipina working in South Korea.
Recently, Pres. Duterte was involved on an issue after kissing a Pinay supporter in front of the Filipino community during his visit to South Korea. The President’s move gained different reactions from several prominent people and ordinary individuals.
There are people who say that there's nothing wrong about what was done by the President to the Pinay supporter while there are those who are strongly not in favor of the behavior of the country’s highest government official.
One of those who defended the controversial kiss of Pres. Duterte is Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson. It is stated that the PCOO ASec. was even hooked on an issue for involving the Ninoy Aquino, father of actress Kris Aquino.
Mocha Uson Blog's Facebook page posted a photo showing late president, Ninoy Aquino being kissed by women just before the unforgettable incident in Manila International Airport happened.
Kris Aquino admitted that she was hurt by the action made by the PCOO Assistant Secretary. Pres. Duterte, through his Special Assistant Bong Go, has sent his apology to the actress over the incident.
Throughout the different reactions regarding the controversial kiss, Pres. Duterte is concerned about the reaction of her youngest daughter Kitty Duterte so he preferred not to go home yet.
When he was asked about what he thinks his current partner felt over what he did, Pres. Duterte refused to answer. According to the report, he is seeking the help of women on how to explain to his daughter that kissing a married Filipina is ‘normal’.
