An ice cream vendor unexpectedly met the people champ Manny Pacquiao in General Santos City and meeting the current senator changed his whole life.

Pacman is well known for his generosity and his trait for helping the people in need. He started from the bottom which is why he knows very well the hardship of the poor.

Manilay was with the senator when she suddenly saw an ice cream vendor and bought ten pieces of ice cream for everyone, When she gave the ice cream to them, Pacquiao asked for Manilay to call the vendor.

What Pacman did was really unexpected, he gave the ice cream vendor Php 3,000.00 cash. After giving charity they talked for a moment and the people champ found out that the vendor recently had a stroke. Pacman also learned that he needs financial support to pay for his child's education.

After hearing his story the senator increased the Php 3,000.00 into Php 30,000.00 but it didn't end there. According to website pilipinoscoop, it appears that Pacquiao also offered a job at the Golden State and adding a house and lot.
