Johanna Ismael Celis, better known as Kiray, is a Filipina actress and comedienne. In 2005, Kiray was chosen as one of the cast members in the children's gag show Goin' Bulilit that aired every Sunday. She was on the show until she graduated in 2009.
She once starred as Desiree, one of Clara's friends in the TV series Mara Clara alongside Kathryn Bernardo and Julia Montes. She then again starred as Britney in the youth-oriented show Growing Up, again with Bernardo and Montes, being paired with Winston. Her most recent appearance was when she played the role of Whitney Munoz in the comedy youth-oriented show, the Sunday afternoon series Luv U.

But recently, the actress posted a tweet ranting Cebu Pacific's rotten service. According to her tweet, Cebu Pacific left her luggage in Manila while she had nothing to use at her destination.

The actress was so mad because her luggage can't be located and all her work clothes were in it.
Aside from the fact that she called out the rotten service, she also expressed her disappointment at having to pay for luggage she wouldn't be able to use.

What made the situation worse was the amount that Cebu Pacific paid to Kiray which was way too low.

The airline paid her P3,000 for the missing luggage. The scheme was for every 24 hours, the airline would pay P3,000 if the luggage would not be located.
