Ex Battalion or Ex B as the group has now come to be called was formed by rapper Mark Maglasang popularly known as Bossx1ne or Bos One, six years ago. It now includes the following rappers: John Maren Mangabang or Emcee Rhenn, Jon Gutierrez a.k.a. King Badger, Daryl Ruiz a.k.a. Skusta Clee, James Samonte as James Brando and Archie de la Cruz as Flow G. They all started rapping while in their early teens honing their art by joining barangay rap contests or simply hip-hopping on the streets where the rap genre was actually born. The group's biggest hit was "Hayaan Mo Sila" which turned out to be the millennial kid's theme song.
It's no secret that the rising group Ex Batallion are very famous nowadays but despite being loved by many they also acquire a lot of haters in the community.
Recently a Facebook page named as RMN Tacloban uploaded a short video in which one of the prominent members of the group Skusta Clee got smacked right in the face when the crowd started flocking on the singer.

A netizen commented on RMN Tacloban facebook page and state that the reason why the guy smacked the rapper is that of his girlfriend that was fangirling over Skusta Clee.
